The Amaranian Celestials

The Celestials are a group of special Soulfused tasked with the protection of the Emperor of Eleann and overseeing the protection of the capital itself. Looking, listening and acting upon anyone who would cause harm to the city and to lesser extend, it's inhabitants.
They are often tasked with the less than tasteful operations, such as assassinations, kidnapping subjects and political sabotage. They very rarely act in public and are considered by some citizens of Amaran to be nothing more than an urban legend. An ominous force of nature, that drops out of nowhere, do their bloody work and disappear just as quickly.
They are given the protective spells of Gurjamnu, giving them anonymity and making them literally hard to look at. And their leashing spells are tightened so, that they must obey the Emperor's command without hesitation, while giving them a heightened awareness.
Behind them, mechanical wing, made from Ihticarin and black feathers, with them, they are able to glide and fly very short distances.
Their faceplates are made from burned gold, while painting rest of their bodies matte black, to help them blend in the dark corners of Amaran. Although, when they are seen with the Emperor, they are often painted pure white, made to appear as an angelic figure to be revered, instead of feared.
They usually go to battle with retractable long-rapiers and war picks, And when in action, they act and fight in complete silence and only ever speak when addressing other officials.
