Aethi Imperium
The Aethi Imperium is a large interstellar empire. It was founded by Athad Irias'keior and currently spans several thousand star systems, including dozens of natively inhabited systems and worlds.
Territories
The Aethi Imperium covers an irregular swath of galactic territory including upwards of four thousand star systems. Its active holdings, however, are considerably smaller, consisting of approximately 650 useful or strategic stars scattered throughout the vastness of its nominal territory. This includes both the Veth program worlds, which are a collection of previously-uninhabited worlds on which Aethi residents have settled, along with a number of resource or fortress worlds, and the domains and holdings of various subject races.
Military
The primary, and most famous, military arm of the Imperium is the Aethi Star Navy. However the Imperium also maintains the Imperial Legions, a large ground force that is often employed in policing actions or occasionally to secure new worlds for the Imperium. There are also several niche mechanized military units designed to operate in various unique environments throughout the galaxy, which are neither attached to the Star Navy nor the ground Legions and instead report directly to the Emperor and the Department[?] of the Spear.
