Shaja ele Alabu (the Lover) is a notorious member of the Raku tribe for the sheer number of women who claim to have had sex with him. It is unlikely that all of them are telling the truth, but even disregarding that, the number of sexual partners this man has had is a significant number.

Personal history

He was once one of the Yagupa, but became disgruntled with the idea of trading with the Garruw and so he left as an adolescent to join the Dheizei.
He did not adapt in the same way that someone else might. Most simply take to the nomadic nature and take up the traditions and customs of the tribe they are adopted by (in this case, the Raku). Shaja eschewed all the usual traditions and instead decided to use his newfound supposed freedom from the shackles of society to have sex with every woman who would have him.
Somehow, his straightforward approach was successful. Up until the point that he wooed someone's wife. The Raku nearly cast him out, but he managed to avoid that fate by appealing to some rather archaic laws detailing how to deal with throwing someone out of the tribe. Turns out, it's rather complicated and occasionally involves blasts of lightning.
So they were stuck with him, and his utter refusal to do anything other than give all the Raku a bad name. Contrary to common Dheizei practice (ignore the appellations given them by the Basadu), when Shaja received the title "Lover", it enabled them to disassociate him from their tribe, and so finally avoid the negative attention he brought them.
This is hardly a conclusive history of the trouble that Shaja has caused, but it does at least explain the start of it.

Prolific and heterosexual. While he has claimed to be monogamous on many occasions, this is dubious, although some have stated that he has only ever been with one woman at a time, albeit in rapid succession. (The available reports of orgies may possibly be fabrications.)
