Samuel Moore
Samuel Moore was a Martian Explorer and Lieutenant of the Expeditionary Corps. In 15 PC, Moore obtained permission from the First Lordanian Republic to chart and colonise the Gavil System, becoming the leader of a group of explorers and colonists to the system. The resulting expedition in 11 PC led to the founding of Moore, and its surrounding region. He remained on the planet until the founding of the Pinascimate Penal Authority in 0 PC, when he returned to Mars in protest, handing over control of the Moore Republic to João Araújo.
He remained on Mars until 42 PC, when at 96 years old, he met with the Tersten Government-in-Exile and helped to bring public attention to the plight of the Lordanian Cluster under the People's Republic of Lordania.
In 46 PC the Republic of Tersten was founded, with Moore being recognised as an official founding figure of the planet. He returned to Tersten in 52 PC, and remained on the for the rest of his life, dying in 58, at the age of 112.
