João Araújo
João Araújo was a Martian explorer and second-in-command of the expedition that brought settlers to Tersten in 11BC. Born on Mars, Araújo was close friends with Samuel Moore, and under their leadership, they became the first colonial expedition to make landfall on Tersten, then referred to as Pinascimate.
João was close friends with Samuel Moore, and gave his name to the João River. He died in 25PC and is buried in Manzavalos.
