The Ceasless Predator

Tedric Shroud (a.k.a. The Ceaseless Predator)

Profile
Tedric Shroud, the Ceaseless Predator. They bear an ability innate at birth which allowed them to survive the harsh environment they were cast unto. Born into the world only to be modeled and treated as tool, they was saved and taken in by the hunter association but still carries quiet burdens. Tedric stays rather distant from others and aloof white maintaining a serious demeanor, both cold and utterly unflinching. Their past has made them somewhat callous and very difficult to approach, something they're working to remedy. It takes a very long time for them to grow comfortable around individuals and there are very few which they even attempt to be affable towards. Despite this shell of sorts they have displayed genuine concern, though rather indirectly and would never admit to it.

Without their remnant, their ability is called "Stalker" and grants them capabilities which make them a dangerous hunter. They can mark a target as "prey" and is able to track the general location across very far distances. While his actions and intentions are directed towards hunting the prey, Tedric's strength, speed, senses and reflexes are greatly enhanced, but if they're focus is diverted elsewhere, these enhancement disappear until refocused on prey. Tedric can mark multiple targets as prey but the enhancements to them-self are weakened with each additional target. Their Remnant, Crowley, was born from a facet of themselves once rejected, the fact that they enjoy the thrill of the hunt.

Crowley, The Relentless
The master of this Remnant is partially distraught by this creature born from their heart. This Remnant relishes in the chase and takes great pleasure in inflicting the most fear and despair in its prey. Tenacious and violent, it will track its prey till the ends of the world and once it catches it, this creature will mangle the target into a crude replica of itself as a twisted trophy.

Crowley manifests as a horrific and grotesque looking scarecrow that seems to entirely consist of scrap-iron. It crawls on five long rusted limbs with on having a sharp claw disproportionately larger than its two other hands which grip a rusted scythe with a spear-like end. Its chest appears to be a cage which houses a pulsating red core that leaks a bloody mist, Its head is obscured with a sack tethered in place with a rope tied like a noose. The sack has a large tear revealing a gaping mouth with splintered metal for teeth and a throat that leads into its crimson core that seems to absorb anything it swallows, above are two poked holes which contain two growing red eyes. It's often stays completely still, indifferentiable from a scarecrow albeit a grotesque one, but once it begins moving it's erratic and twitchy, being able to go from completely still to its maximum speed at an instant.
The unbound ability, "Ceaseless Predator" can create familiars and traps that aid in the hunt. It can create black smog-like entities which resemble crows that act like eyes, able to track and observe from afar which manifest from it's bloody mist. If it Tedric already has prey, Crowley will begin rapid pursuit and is extraordinarily powerful, a side effect of its pursuit is that other scrap-iron scarecrows will begin manifesting near but outside of the targets direct line of sight which Crowley can hide amongst.
Style and Abilities

Tedric is very proficient in assassination and ambush tactics while they them-self remaining quite safe and distanced. When taking a non-confrontational approach, their usual tactic is to get close enough to mark the target as prey then leave the area. Once at an untraceable distance Crowley is released to dispatch the target with terrifying proficiency. Its important to not confuse this relatively passive strategy for inability, as when directly confronted, they're even more dangerous. Tedric can easily command Crowley as a weapon with even more precision than when in pursuit while they them-self fight alongside in a tactless, crude but effective manner.

Tedric is very capable but also a bit arrogant, this can lead them to underestimating opponents and being careless at times, for example they're able to fight in a precise and professional manner but doesn't out of sheer confidence that they can brute force victory, which isn't exactly difficult for them. Despite specializing in ambush tactics, they them-self can be easily caught off-guard and is not very adept or prone to teamwork and communication. There are also a few blind spot within Crowley's ability, one is that it adopts the "prey" of Tedric causing them to lose track of the prey themselves while only Crowley knows of their latest location. Unlike many other Renaissances who are often generally aware of the condition of their remnant, once Crowley begins pursuit, Tedric loses all sense of it, only that it has dematerialized and has returned to him, but Tedric only returns under two conditions, either it's target has been dispatched, or it has failed. Tedric will remain oblivious to whichever of the two conditions Crowley has been returned by, so they wont know if they have succeeded or not, only that Crowley is ready for another target.

Physical Description

Special abilities

Their abilities are very effective in their line-of-work as a hunter. Their etherious ability makes escape near impossible and counterplay very difficult. Crowley can attain surveillance over large areas with crows and travel long distances quickly and stealthily to reach a target, its physical prowess despite all appearances is one of its specialties, able to tear through obstacle and target alike. When Tedric is in direct control Crowley's movement become more precise and dangerous, its crows can even be used as offense and false-scarecrows as diversion. Both of Crowley's familiars have abilities of their own as well, his stalker ability who if often limited by Tedric's own line-of-sight can also be activated through the eyes of their crows, and anyone who interacts with one of Crowley's false will have one of two consequences. If they are not marked as prey, they will become another target visible to Tedric but without the usual debilitating effects of having multiple targets. If they were previously marked by Tedric and interact with a scarecrow, Crowley, who normally would only know of the target's latest location, will be made aware of their exact location.

Specialized Equipment

Their unique combat style revolves around overwhelming opponents with strength and speed. Due to the ability for remnants to be summoned anywhere in its masters general location, Tedric can quickly recall and relocate Crowley allowing them to attack from all directions. Tedric doesn't wield any personal equipment, mainly using Crowley as a weapon but sometimes uses its scythe them-self. Both can fight in tandem with each-other to great effect, earning them the title of Apex Predator. Despite Crowley appearing to only be capable of combat at close quarters, it has a few technique that provides it with a longer range, particularly with the use of it's crows. Crowley can launch these crows at high velocities turning them into dangerous projectile, or compressing the energy that multiple crows consist of into a single point then producing to unleash a dangerous ray of energy.

History

Despite their occasional spats regarding the artistry of hunting, Tedric's lack thereof and Oda's Excessive amounts, both are on somewhat well terms. Both have been in close proximity to each other due to them being basically adopted by Myeru and working surprisingly well with each other because Crowley and Oda's paintings can operate far from their masters.
