The Ceasless Predator
Tedric Shroud (a.k.a. The Ceaseless Predator)
Without their remnant, their ability is called "Inscribed Bloodlust", an EM, and causes anything his blood touches to become a weapon. Anything he drips his blood onto gets weaponized, bestowing and enhancing perceivable characteristics that can make it a harmful weapon. Toy swords can then cut through steel, model guns can fire deadly rounds, even darts can be made to fly at a bullet's velocity. This ability can only bestow characteristic intuitive to the object, such as sharpness to anything blade-like or magnitude to anything that can be used as a blunt weapon. Attempting to weaponize an object that's already a weapon will only enhance its harmful properties, but not grant it new ones. Their Remnant, Baskerville, is a reflection of the hunting hound they were raised to be, quiet, subtle, efficient, but nevertheless horrifying
The master of this Remnant is partially distraught by this creature born from their heart. This Remnant was born this way by no fault of its own, an incarnation of starvation that could barely manifest a spindly form from borrowed parts. Each limb is simply another claw that grasps at anything within reach and it's head is nothing more than an antecedent for a mouth. Devoid of ardor, it appears as a statue, unmoving and silent unless something that may abate it of itself crosses its senses, only then silence is traded for tenacity until its target too becomes still and cold. In its torpor, it contemplates if this even is its true nature, and perhaps it need not take this form if instead of having to feed, it be fed, but a question such as that cannot be resolved in its lonesome. It wonders if all things can be reduced into a feverish stray, but more so, if an attack hound can ever become a guard dog.
The unbound ability, "Ceaseless Predator" can mark anyone Baskerville has blood of as "prey" and is able to track the general location across very far distances. While Tedric's actions and intentions are directed towards hunting the prey, their strength, speed, senses and reflexes are greatly enhanced, but if their focus is diverted elsewhere, these enhancement disappear until refocused on prey. Baskerville can mark multiple targets as prey but the enhancements are weakened with each additional target.
Style and Abilities
Tedric is very proficient in ambush tactics while they them-self remaining quite safe and distanced. When taking a non-confrontational approach, their usual tactic is to get close enough to mark the target as prey then leave the area. Once at an untraceable distance, Baskerville is released to dispatch the target with terrifying proficiency. Its important to not confuse this relatively passive strategy for inability, as when directly confronted, they're even more dangerous. Tedric can easily command Baskerville as a weapon with even more precision than when in pursuit while they themselves fight alongside in an equally vicious manner.
Tedric is very capable but also a bit arrogant, this can lead them to underestimating opponents and being careless at times, for example they're able to fight in a precise and professional manner but doesn't out of sheer confidence that they can brute force victory, which isn't exactly difficult for them. Despite specializing in ambush tactics, they them-self can be easily caught off-guard and is not very adept or prone to teamwork and communication. There are also a few blind spot within Baskerville's ability, one is that when it begins pursuing its "prey", it becomes autonomous and Tedric can no longer track Baskerville's target. Unlike many other Renaissance who are often generally aware of the condition of their remnant, once Baskerville begins pursuit, Tedric loses all sense of it, only that it has dematerialized and has returned to him, but Tedric only returns under two conditions, either it's target has been dispatched, or it has failed. Tedric will remain oblivious to whichever of the two conditions it has been returned by, so they wont know if it have succeeded or not, only that it's is ready for another target.

Special abilities
When it comes to his weaponization ability, the amount of blood doesn't matter, simply that it's on an object. Furthermore, the strength of this power's enhancement reflects Tedric's bloodlust, the greater the feeling, the greater the lethality.

History
Myeru found Tedric during a mission against a criminal group, a group Tedric was raised in to be their attack dog. However, Tedric had no loyalty to this group, only having stayed due to their life being in the group's hands. They did not hesitate when Myeru gave the opportunity for a different life. Its was not soon after when Myeru decided to become the head of a new hunter division, with Tedric being given the first invitation.
History
Tedric was a part of Myeru's division before Theodore was, so he was became quite used to Tedric's presence when with Myeru, this however does not mean either have them have become accustomed with each other's antics. Theodore's composure and Tedric's self-confidence are often seen as haughty to each other, Tedric is one of the few people who can pry apart Theodore's poise while Theodore's mere presence can incite an overt eye-roll from Tedric, seeing him a sanctimonious rich boy (despite Theodore only having access to modest wealth)
History
Oda is one of the precious few Tedric is outwardly amicable towards, though even this is limited. Despite their occasional spats regarding the artistry of hunting, Tedric's lack thereof and Oda's excessive amounts, both are on somewhat well terms. Both have been in close proximity to each other due to them being basically adopted by Myeru and working surprisingly well with each other because Baskerville and Oda's paintings can operate far from their masters.

History
Tedric is incredibly weary of Moirai and this manifests as aggression, distain, and avoidance. This wariness coming from their knowledge of Moirai's ability and its capacity to glean information from the minds of others. Despite this, Moirai still makes an effort to approach them, in part because he finds them very intriguing, but also in part because he loves to see a usually proud and stalwart individual be knocked and kept on their back-foot by his mere presence

History
Tedric was drawn to Scarlet for reasons somewhat unknown to them, this odd allure resulting in an uncharacteristic fondness Tedric has for Scarlet. Scarlet on the other hand is rather conflicted for reasons he's hesitant to share, but doesn't let it sully their relationship. Moirai theorizes this may be due to the similar nature of the two's Id.
