The Hadopelagic
Myeru Hadal (a.k.a. The Hadopelagic)
The master of this remnant feels incompatible with those he wished to walk beside. This remnant hides its incomprehensive form in endless layers of water, in depths even light cannot pierce. Even the joy of having an unknowing guest is underlined with the stark remembrance that it must mind each of its actions, lest its smallest movements cause destructive tides that risk harm to those it feels must distance itself from. Should it ever rise close enough to the surface to be seen, it is unknown should those who do see it will see it as a warning or a challenge, perhaps this remnant prefers not to know the answer, perhaps it curses itself for being unsuitable for the world beyond its ocean.
The unbound ability, "Hadopelagic" turns water into an entrance to a pocket-world that consists of only an endless ocean. Myeru is able to still manipulate water in the outside world while still inside this domain and use it as a channel between water sources allowing him to travel between them, but cannot turn water into portals while inside. There are only two methods to escape this ocean space, the first is exit via water that has been turned into portal between the ocean and real world, the second is for one to attempt to drown, where the person will be forcefully ejected from the domain, manifesting out of the water source they originally entered from or from a cloud of manifested steam should the water source no longer exist.
Myeru primarily fights using his hydrokinesis and occasionally detonate the water for a forceful blow. By flooding the area and creating multiple entrances to Ebisu's ocean he can travel between them allowing for increased mobility, or he could electrify the water, paralyzing creatures in place before being caught in a violent explosion of steam. His wyverian trait gives him massive slick wings made of jet-black membrane which stretched all the way down to a tail whose underside can glow with hauntingly beautiful bioluminescence and can absorb and store large quantities of water. These wings and tail allow for quick and precise movements while swimming, a unique storage for water and, though incapable of flight, a way to glide as long as its not holding too much water. Myeru seems to enjoy creating clouds of mist to emerge from and fall into by turning them into an entrance to Ebisu's ocean, despite his arguments on the efficiency of using mist, he does it purely for the aesthetic.

History
Their affiliation was actually mutual. Theodore sought Myeru as his skill in management and business was imperative given his situation as new and unexperienced head of a powerful company, seeking a temporary merger with the Hadal Conglomerate in order to maintain the company. Despite the many rumours of of Myeru exploiting Theodore's inexperience for greater influence, he simply wanted Theodore's companionship and is pleased that he's able to help him too, managing Theodore's company with utmost integrity with the intent to break the merger should Theodore ask. History
Myeru first found Oda at a low-point. Oda's talent made him rather renowned, people visiting his rather remote village due to his art, something Oda found great joy in, but only for a short while. Due to his perceptiveness, it didn't take too long for him to become disheartened by the crowed he attracted, that being haughty individuals who wanted his art not because they found it beautiful, but for ulterior reasons. Critics who feed off contrarian opinions and only see art as something to tear apart, Egoists who devalue art through over-analysis meant only to serve their sense of superiority because they "understand" it all, and rick folk who want his art for its novelty and the prestige surrounding it to enhance their own. This led to a deep despair which catalyzed the awakening of his remnant in the middle of a live exhibit, and the only thing this outburst of pain yielded was a round of applause, them thinking it as part of the art and doing to his turmoil what they did any other of his works, reduce it to hollow spectacle. Myeru found him a husk devoid of passion, Oda assuming him to be another one of those he's used to, expecting a grand commission just to be used as some set piece for some lofty affair. So his bewilderment was understandable when a man who reeked of status simply commissioned him for some fanart for a comic he was really into. Much happened after that, Myeru took him under his wing, Oda decided to leave the fine art world for the hunter's one, and the his passion and compassion returned to him. Thus, Oda became the the latest member of Myeru's division and his exclusive (fan)artist.
