Eldengreth (ell-din-GRETH)
The ruins of what many believe to be an ancient castle, perhaps a summer home to an influential noble or one of the royal family. It has long been overtaken by the forest, but is a popular destination for young adventurers, scholars, or those that fancy themselves with those titles.
Recently, however, a young group of would-be adventurers discovered (more likely fell through) a passage leading beneath and further into these ruins that was undiscovered before. They returned to town telling tales of giant monsters and gleaming riches, both sowing doubt and interest in this old ruin once again.
