The Institute
The Muscovan ‘Institute’ is a secretive organization that selectively inducts members from within and from without Muscovan society, and instructs them in a wide variety of knowledge and skill-based lessons. Created by the Muscovan Union, the Institute seeks to take wayward citizens and forge them into useful tools with ability and purpose.
