Aiden Carr
Master Aiden Carr
Aiden Carr is an explorer working for the Imperial Archaeological Institute of the Inherited Empire. Through his service and accomplishments, he earned the title of Master in the Institute allowing him to lead his own expeditions.
I believe that as inheritors of the elven civilization it is our duty to uncover and document their history.
Early Life
Aiden was born in the year 1125 AA in a small town not far from Gasa Edhil, the capital of the Inherited Empire. His father owned a small brewery which allowed the family to live quite comfortably. Aiden's parents wanted him to take over the brewery when he becomes an adult, but Aiden had different plans. From a very young age, he wanted to travel and explore the world. His parents accepted the decision and financed his studies in the capital, while Aiden's younger sister, Susan, became the heir to the brewery.
Studies in the capital
Shortly after his 18th birthday, Aiden left the home town and moved to Gasa Edhil. There he enrolled in an archaeology course at the Imperial University. The course had two main areas of focus. The first one was the elven civilization and what the elves left behind and the second was the history of the first humans. The second area of study focused very much on the remnants of Earth technology that stopped working and was abandoned when the first humans reached Terra Nova. During the first year, all students were taught about both areas of study and only at the start of year 2 could they choose one of them. Aiden chose the elves.
Imperial Archaeological Institute
Shortly after graduating from Imperial University, Aiden got a job at the Imperial Archaeological Institute. He started as an assistant to a professor. As a result, he took part in many archaeological expeditions and delved into many elven ruins. When he was not working for the professor, Aiden was focused on his own research.
Aiden's hard work was rewarded when, in the year 1149 AA, he received the title of Master. With that came the right to lead his own expeditions.
