The Seven Eternals
During The Absence, a group of adventurers rose up to aid those oppressed by the Lizardfolk. Embodying qualities found in the constellations of the night sky, and proving themselves to be capable warriors, the denizens of southern Myas'tara believed the heroes to be the deliverance they had longed for. Inspiring and aiding in rebellion against the lizardfolk, the people were able to force the lizardfolk into confinement in the Kalaskar Swamp.
Everyone on Myas'tara wondered why The Mother had abandoned them. Believing their god to live in the Greenstorm Jungle, the adventurers headed through the Kepesk Pass, with the hopes of the people behind them.
Returning a few months later, the group stated that they had met The Mother and had cast her down. Calling themselves The Seven Eternals, they declared that they would become benevolent, involved, gods in her stead. This date ushered in a new era of time. Calling this declaration The Ascension, and marking time from that point forward as either Before Ascension or After Ascension (BA or YA), The Seven Eternals ushered in newfound peace and prosperity to Temshai. Worship of them was led by The Septalian Order.
Later on, following their denouncement of Charalyn The Augur, they became The Six Eternals, and their organized followers likewise changed their name to The Hexalian Order.
