The Age of Sun

Little knowledge remains regarding this age. Legend states that one autumn, during the molting season, a village of Tzecheni'korak shed their skins and the scales never grew back. They left the jungles in crude canoes and established a village on the eastern point of Eldoria, thus becoming the first Humans. Some of the Kari-Zaro, disturbed by the apparent lack of growth in their culture, organized a migration north until they arrived in the Soulmeliti Forests.

"I don't care what the scholars say, there is nothing similar between an Ork and a Khadra. They can't mine. They can't craft anything. They live in the mud for Kharl's sake! And have you ever seen an Ork that can hold their beer?"

At this time, the first Orks and their stouter, stockier cousins, the Khadra, emerged in the mountains and hills north of the Soulmeliti Forests. The origin of the Orks, according to their legends, came when Shar’iish’ta saw that too much wild game existed in this range, and she created the Orks to hunt them. Thus, of all the races, only the Orks have remained hunters throughout history. The Khadra believe that their creation came from Jez'bali'dahn, when he realized that he needed assistance in molding the energy in practical tools for all races to use.   The river of time flowed ever onward, and eventually all of the races, except perhaps the Kari-zaro and Tzechni'korack, forgot to respect Shar'iish'ta. Instead, they became enthralled with Jez'bali'dahn and created wondrous inventions called Teck'nahl'eesh. His energy imbued Tarien1 with these wonders until each race could destroy it thirty times over.   In a great war, they did.

1 It was during this age that the world became first called Tarien.
