Rath Harnot
Flietch-Ta Emperor and Founder of Pash-ti
Known as the Emperor of Stone he was one of the early sovereigns of the Flietch-ta Empire. Rath Harnot invested heavily in the infrastructure of his empire. His most important works were building out Mora's Arc, just down the mountain from the Imperial Lodge and the main plaza in Pash-ti. The former gave a voice to other great houses while reinforcing imperial rule while the latter became a building block around which the Flind capital was built.
