Citystate of Mon Finn
One of Tarien's oft forgotten nations, Mon Finn consists only of the city proper, some outlying villages, and the surrounding farms. Tucked away on the Sea of Storms the citystate prides itself on self-sufficiency and neutrality in all things; to the point that it has earned a reputation as somewhat unfriendly to strangers.
