Was Andaran Galen a good leader? Well, his small party of pilgrims that had travelled up the shores of the Eldorian Sea and across the western half of the Great Belt, into the Rheuthengage Mountains and to the shores of the lake that now bears his name seemed to think so. No matter that they have begun their journey several generations past, fleeing flooding in the cradle of Human civilization on Eldoria, it was Andaran that finally led them to their mountain home. It was Andaran that, according the tradition, saw the clear blue waters of the lake and declared that it would be their new home, ending a century of wandering for a life of farming, fishing, and start of what is today the oldest of human kingdoms. So yes, as far as history knows, Andaran was great leader. Or at least a man in a good spot at the right time.
