River Glace

This river is named for its icy waters, an attribute of the glacial runoff that feeds and forms it. It is a rather calm river by all respects, a pleasure to sail upon to hear most tell it. So one would think it an ideal trade route, especially given it flows into the Tiber, one of Valerick's two major 'aquatic highways. There does exist a logistical challenge, however, for the river leaves this upper plateau region via a rather sudden and steep drop of a waterfall. Despite this, it does see steady and regular regional traffic.
