Sitting on a throne that should have housed the Tome of Life and Death, rests the Manifesto of the Lost Tome. It's aura dares all who perceive it to step closer, if they are bold enough.  The glowing script dances across the page aching to be read but loving every moment of quandary it incites.

The Manifesto of the Lost Tome was written by a member of the Sect of the Spider Crushers and used to replace the Tome of Life and Death centuries ago.  The script pulsed.  Upon transcribing the text, Prophet Basil of the Keepers of the Prophecy lost his ability to dream for a decade.  During this time of trances and dissociation, his connection to Basi was severed.  He lost his ability to read, write, or speak Basilic.

The Text Itself

To preserve your memory as well as my own, I will not share the exact contents of the manifesto with you here.  Instead, I will share with you thoughts from the Keepers of the Prophecy.

Those ████ing little ██████ manipulative ███████s, stole our book and left a ████ing letter saying that wedidn't understand Basi's teaching.  That we weren't living up to Basi's standards or helping them rise.  ████ing spider lovers.

Oh.. You don't know... Have you been caught in a web for the last millenia?

Ok, look.  The Spider Crushers want this manufactured chaos.  They want control.

It doesn't matter what it says.  Bad people took the book and it's gone.  The Sect of the Spider Crushers's goal was to turn us against each other.  If you must know more, know this: they feed on manipulation.  That's Malmi's thing.  Basi loves natural chaos and natural order.  None of this controlling ████ or constructed ██████.
