The province of Bluepool, home to the Dok (Elves), is renowned as a bastion of wealth and unrivaled craftsmanship within Gnosit. The area was under human control about a century ago, specifically the Sakxani people following the invasion led by Eddvar of Sakxa, but a crisis forced the elves out of their homeland of Dokeen and into the region. This resulted in the Battle of the Ebon Plains (circa 90, 0 NT), a conflict that ended with the Dok population being reduced to humble migrants, their entire monarchy destroyed.   Yet the elves, renowned for their resourcefulness, soon rose from the ashes. Their exceptional artistry and forward-thinking mentality eventually put them in a position of control. The capital of the province, Rigo, is a testament to this transformation. The city, home to more progressive Dok, is nestled on the shores of the enormous lake, Goloth's Tear, named for a legend about the giant Goloth weeping after the death of his partner, Seluna.   The forest city of Bonicaroo is another significant part of Bluepool, home to the Druids who strive to maintain the old ways as much as possible in the wake of the war. This city is a living monument to the resilience of elven tradition.   While the elves are generally known to keep to themselves, they've made significant strides in external trade and diplomacy, establishing economic ties with Sekh Anoob through the Dune Pact. The Dok have even made first contact with the distant Draksineon, driven by rumors of necromantic activity by members of the nefarious cult, The Hex — that The Council of Landezon suspects is happening in Bluepool. Cultural exchange across the continental divide, though sparse and awkward at this point, is now underway.
