Turmoil at the skat'ra fields

To Rogmesh, Eminence of the Parliament
My dearest friend! I hope this letter finds you well, and it's a pleasure connecting with you again. I know you are busy, so I'll be brief, but something is happening at the skat'ra fields that must require your attention.
It started about a year ago. Rumors began circulating that something was happening with the telepathic powers of the queens. Like everybody else, I chalked it up to the skat'ra having more new deviants than usual. However, the rumors didn't stop but somewhat intensified, and when I heard the same things from one of my reliable sources, I decided to go back to the skat'ra plains and check it out by myself.
I didn't want to advertise why I was going to the skat'ra. It took a little time to find someone who did not ask problematic questions but was happy to have a skilled explorer with them. I found this in a couple of Dominion nobles who wanted to have a hunting party on the Pristine Prairie. They were thrilled that I joined them. We traveled to the Prairie, the nobles had a good time, and I might encounter a new species. I'll need the Library of Parliament to verify it. When we finished our hunting party, the nobles traveled back, and I remained with the skat'ra to figure out the truth.
The situation is worse than I thought. Something is happening with the queens and their telepathy. There are more and more deviants or, let's say, skat'ra individuals who are not part of the hive mind of any hill. I've heard that the situation was so terrible at one hill that workers and warriors were fighting each other. The lack of control of their queen was visible. Since then, things calmed down. It looks like the queens and the Matriarch regained their power again, but I fear what can happen tomorrow. I know that you are capable of handling this situation with other nations. Still, if you accept my advice, you summon a small party of various professionals who can investigate and solve this crisis. My gut tells me this situation requires precision and thinking outside the box.
Yours truly,   Seleucus Martext     Ps.: queen to G7, check.
