Structure
Despite being lauded as technocratic, the Bionic Technocracy is an autocratic stratocracy.
The structure flows from the top-down in militaristic fashion. One overaching leader with several high-ranking generals as trusted counsel. Various offshoots, specialised units, mass battalions. Oh, and they're all mass-produced droids - because, techno-supremecy.
Due to the hidden agendas at the initial spike of their power, 'The System' holds many facets and boasts substancial military power.
Culture
Technology rules the day within The System. Top officials are all heavily modified/aumented. The entire thing is aided by two powerful Artificial Intelligences, though fully guided by Gregory Sorakov.
Public Agenda
The general citizenry within the human colony on Systora live comfortable lives under the Bionic Technocracy.
The xenophobic nature of leadership is kept away from most. The bolstering of military power, planetary outposts and hidden agenda go unnoticed by the general population of the planet... until the events involving Virus.
Prior to that sh*t show (the main plot of 'System Down'), prior to the 50-200 year gap where 'The Object Engine' kicks off, the ongoing battles against the Varish are publicised as Vara being overall aggressor.
Assets
Vast technological infrustructure and manufacturing capability, spanning various planetary bodies.
Following the events of 'System Down', facilities loyal to Gregory Sorakov are found popping-up almost constantly during the 50+ years leading up to the events of 'The Object Engine'.
The military capital on Systora is a vast technological marvel, bristling with hidden military technology... including Vessa.
History
Humanity branched out after 'The Great Collapse', forming multiple colonies. Systora became the technological haven the Bi-on made their own.
