Military governor and defacto leader of the Bionic Technocracy, Gregory Sorakov is effectively ruler of Systora.
Due to his extensive bionic augmentation, Gregory's natural lifespan has been extended beyond human norms.
Driving mass indoctrination through technological-slavery, it was he that decreed all inhabitants of Systora should begin some form of augmentation by their 13th birthday.

Personal history
Originally from the Human Colony of Mars, Gregory began his military career early in life. Having risen through the ranks, once The Great Collapse began, martial government took control in order to vacate Mars.
Upon arriving on Systora, Gregory maintained command and has since lead the development and growth of the colony on the planet.
Since discovering the inhabitants of the neighbouring sister-planet Vara, and their technological prowess, a deepseated hatred formed of both jealousy and xenophobia - stemming from human fear and the ideological differences that had severed the Human Colony of Mars from that of Earth.

Mannerisms
When stressed or in thought, Gregory would either tap on the metal-plated skull (in the same way you'd tap on a desk with each finger in a rhythm), or place the thumb and ringfinger of his right hand at either pole of his oversized bionic eye. These gestures are usually always used with severe impatience.
