Spooktober 2023 Prompt 8: Thunder - The Glorious Vulkenar Telescope

For Prompt 8: Thunder, I translated the article about The Glorious Vulkenar Telescope, destroyed during a thunderstorm and never found again

Back in SummerCamp 2020 I wrote a myth about a legendary telescope that enabled people to discover that a start that went supernova didn't dissapear but instead turned into a Magnetar.
At the time, I was still writing my world in Spanish, and so a big bunch of articles remain to be translated to this day.
But now, three years later, a lot more content has been published and a lot more experience lays between my fingers and my keyboard, so translating this old block of text does not only get a better prose, but also a big bunch of new links, references and tie-ins with new traditions, religions and ethnicities that developed over the years all from this little myth born from my obsession with the beautiful word "magnetar".
