The ruler (Altho Goldfound, Male Halfling) is on their death bed, with claimants competing for power.


Mezrillia is surrounded by stone walls, and its defense is supported by a force of 394 trained warriors. In case of an attack, a militia of 6,846 can be mustered. Ulblyn Porridgepot, a male Halfling, serves as the sheriff.
