University of Estinople

The University of Estinople is the most highly respected educational institution in the Imperium, and certainly the largest. Its beginnings date back to the time of Emperos Estinos IV Magnus, who founded the College of Diplomacy and Governmental Studies as an academy for non-senatorial aristocrats interested in career government service.
Today, the University boasts five colleges: the aforementioned Diplomacy and Governmental Studies, Natural History, the Sciences, the Arts, and the Arcane Arts.

The University of Estinople is the premier institution of learning in the Imperium. It boasts several colleges:

History

• The University of Estinople was established in 7690 as the Imperial College of Diplomacy and Governmental Studies by Imperial Writ under the hand of Estinos IV Magnus, who sought a place to train diplomats and other government functionaries.
• In 7881, the College of Natural History was founded 
• In 7954, the College of the Arts was founded
• In 7962, the College of the Sciences and the College of Natural History were founded and the institution's name was collectively changed from the Colleges at Estinople, to the University of Estinople
• In 8044, the College of Arcane Arts was instituted
