The Beast

A massive Owlbear that lived in a cave by the Sellen River. It was hunted and killed by Amiri Giantslayer (supported by Angela, Cherry, Thorngrim and Tristian).
"The Beast" lived with its mate before being compelled by Eirikk to attack Ornisk. Likely while it was away, a group of poachers killed its mate, though they seemed to have sustained heavy losses in the process. Eirikk was likely killed upon the return of The Beast, which was ultimately killed by Amiri and her companions.
The ghosts of the owlbear spirits and poachers were locked in endless combat deeper in the cave, but Thorngrim was ultimately able to calm the raging owlbear spirits, allowing them all to move on.
