Thorngrim
A perpetually frowning Dwarf druid. He has a raccoon companion, Bandit. He says he travels, surveys and protects the wilderness. He has been seen carving things out of wood.
Thorngrim is skeptical that The Land of the Silver Star will survive long given previous failed attempts to settle the Stolen Lands. He is aware of Nyrissa and her hostility towards humanoids.
Thorngrim asked the Silver Star leadership to restore the Temple of Erastil before the Harvest Feast during Rova 4711 to get Erastil's blessing in establishing a farm for the Redclover Tribe. It was completed on time, and he has visited it several times since.
While Thorngrim was initially skeptical of the authenticity of the Silver Star's promises of openness, second chances and harmony with nature, a number of things have improved his attitude towards the nation:
- Positive relations with Kobolds, including several years of friendship with the Sootscale Kobolds, helping expand Redclover Farms, and Kobold-oriented housing options in all cities
- Respect for Erastil, including restoring the Temple of Erastil, a shrine in their capital, and having Ezvanki Keeg on the council
- Integration of multiple species into their cities, including Kobold, Fey, Lizardfolk and more
- Kiin offering amnesty to an aggressive Dryad who was being manipulated by Nyrissa
