Angela

An elderly Elf with vibrantly green eyes, pale skin, unkempt white hair and perpetual resting bitch face. She wears a purple robe and glasses. Ol' Beldame is her older sister and Bingo is her raccoon companion.
Angela is researching the lost civilization on Candlemere Island, though it's possible this is more about the gate locked behind a Spiral Seal of Pharasma in the island's temple. She believes the gate leads to the First World, has been open for centuries, and is so powerful it affects things even through the Spiral Seal.
After nearly dying on Candlemere, Beldame encouraged her to work with the Silver Star leadership to pool their resources. Initial research into Candlemere has been fraught with challenges, so she has been studying Fey and First World phenomenon while exploring the Narlmarches. Through studying while traveling, she has determined that Fey/First World influence does not seem to extend beyond the northwest perimeter of the forest.
Angela seems to like Raccoons. In addition to having a Raccoon familiar, she can speak Raccoon, and seems to smile more around Bandit.
