Lander
The heir to House Lebeda, Lander is an outgoing, confident young man. He is the head of House Lebeda's military forces, but is struggling with his inexperience in actual war.
Lander helped establish buildings and businesses in New Stetven in exchange for a cut of their earnings. He claims the management of the city answers to him. Nobles confirmed that he knew what he was doing in construction projects.
At the Stolen Lands Coronation, Lander eagerly offered his help to Kiin and Ragnar Garess, offering to provide supplies and money to help start the kingdom if given a position where he can oversee that stuff.
Lander is not fond of House Surtova. Given Shandra Mervey's insistence that Lander not be allowed council seat in The Land of the Silver Star, it seems the feelings may be mutual.
Lander's older sister, Elanna Lebeda, is attempting to join their house with that of Noleski Surtova's via marriage. Lander believes this is a terrible mistake which may cost her life.
