House Lebeda
A disloyal, opportunistic mercantile house that helped build New Stetven. They accept the rule of House Surtova, but do not get along with them and are expected to side with House Aldori in the Brevoy Civil War.
The head of the house has died and his wife, Dame Sarrona, is in charge until Lander comes of age. Likely in an attempt to protect their house, Lander's older sister Elanna Lebeda has offered her hand in marriage to Noleski Surtova. Lander is very concerned about this.
House Lebeda is in bad shape as of late. House Surtova's lockdown of House Garess and Greyhaven have starved House Lebeda's people of food and other resources, and their military might has been dwindling. At the same time, the Tiger Lords have been testing their southern borders, prompting them to pull back from New Stetven. The only reasons they weren't instantly erradicated is the chaos and infighting between the tribes and the military support from House Aldori.
