Dovan

A thief and assassin from Nisroch, working for The Land of the Silver Star. He is currently working to infiltrate Drelev.

Before encountering The Constellation, Dovan worked under the Stag Lord. The planned to overthrow the Stag Lord as food became scarce, but he fled after The Constellation assassinated his boss.

While working for the Black Tears, Dovan encountered Aymeki.

Kagar's Assassination Attempt

As a Black Tears operative, Dovan took a job to assassinate Kagar. The Constellation learned of the plot and Kiin disguised herself as Kagar, quickly dispatching Dovan's associates. Although Kiin intended to torture and kill him after gathering information about Aymeki, when he attempted to commit suicide, Avarice Skjegge prevented his death and Kiin offered him a job to keep an eye on Aymeki. Dovan accepted.
