Longtail Tribe. He is old and physically weak.
Longtail Tribe Shaman
Kagar served as the shaman of the Longtail Tribe when
Stisshak impersonated the former chief and gave bad advice to
Vesket. Questioning his legitimacy, Kagar was severely beaten and kicked out of the tribe.
Encountering The Constellation, he begged them to stop Vesket and the new shaman,
Shalur, before they brought the tribe to ruin. Kagar returned after Stisshak's defeat and convinced them it was an evil spirit and that they should apologize for their poor treatment of The Constellation. He was reinstated as shaman.
The Land of the Silver Star Counselor
Following
Shandra Mervey's betrayal of the Silver Star, Kagar was offered her position on the council. In addition to improving representation of his tribe and
Lizardfolk in general, the other leaders specifically noted Kagar's willingness to stand up for the best interests of his people (even at personal expense), his integrity, and his desire to have a positive relationship between the tribe and the Silver Star.
In Sarenith 4713, a
Black Tears plot to assassinate Kagar was uncovered.
Kiin, hopeful that a Black Tears operative might have information on
Aymeki, disguised herself as Kagar and foiled the assassination attempt.
