Stag Lord
As a child, he was abused by his father, the Mad Druid. Physically and mentally twisted, he ended up beating and imprisoning his father, then assuming the name of the Stag Lord. His face was horribly disfigured by acid, so he wore a stag mask/helm so long that his skin started to creep up around it. It's possible Erastil inspired the stag aesthetic.
As the Stag Lord, he operated out of a fort by Tuskwater Lake. Regarded as a cruel and powerful man, he forced others to operate as bandits, extorting and robbing however they could. Notably, this included Kressle and her gang.
When The Adventurers started fighting back against his bandits (and smashing his wine bottles) he became paranoid and pulled his forces back to his fort except for daily hunting parties. The Adventurers infiltrated his fort and house by cover of night where Alain Barber and Ragnar Garess clawed and stabbed him to death.
His final words were anger at being sold a potion which he apparently thought would make him invincible. His mask was taken and his body was dumped in the Shrike River to avenge someone he killed.
