A Skjegge base carved into the side of a cliff, south of Skjegge Fortress. After being abandoned for centuries and briefly serving as the base of operations for Hargulka, it was ultimately entrusted to Tartuk and his kobolds after the troll's demise.   The stronghold's main entrance has stone doors and is accessible by a narrow path that partway up the cliff. It has no obvious windows or doors other than the main entrance, though it does have a cave to the south with a side entrance. The stronghold has been defiled, both through active misuse and some sort of outside influence.   Notable features include:
  • A main hall with 40' ceilings held up by stone pillars in the shape of Skjegge dwarves
  • A shrine to Torag where Skjegge spirits continued to recite dwarven prayers
  • A forge room containing the remnants of an anvil with runic scripture engraved into it
Thought to be abandoned for centuries, Hargulka took over the ruins and made it his base of operations for organizing his Troll nation. Employing Harpies, Hobgoblins, Trollhounds, and very poorly-treated Kobolds to defend it, Hargulka used it to organize attacks against The Land of the Silver Star. Those attacks provoked a swift response, with a small strike team sneaking in and wiping out all the forces stationed there, except Tartuk, the surviving Kobolds, an exceptionally lucky Harpy and an exceptionally unlucky Leucrotta.
