Trollhound

Faithful hounds of Trolls. They are carnivorous and have a good sense of smell, as well as darkvision. They also possess the regenerative abilities of their masters, which are temporarily suppressed by acid (and presumably fire).
Trollhounds are often carriers for a disease known as Bloodfire Fever.
