Paragon City

After Salt Lake City was destroyed by Megadeath in 2008, the locals chose to build Paragon City on its ashes. The city was the first one built from the ground up with superhero technology, so is one of the most modern cities in the world, and thus is also one of the most dangerous cities in the United States, depending on which news outlets you listen to.
Paragon City is the hub of superhero activity in the western United States.
