House Of Stryder Esbrook

One of the two capital cities in Blackstryde. Very small for a city, “The Houses” as it’s known colloquially is more of a gated community of homesteads, halls and castles designed to keep the riff-raff out. The Esbrook family tends to involve itself with academia, information gathering and diplomacy so anyone of note in those fields is usually invited to purchase property in The Houses. Also, powerful political figures, wealthy merchants and notable people (celebrities). There are no merchants or tradespeople in The Houses instead a group of teamsters are employed to carry out regular supply runs like butlers for the entire town.
