Cenistei

This tropical region is home to many farms and fishing villages. It is a popular holiday destination for those wealthy enough to afford quick travel to Tezca.
It is populated mostly by Humans, Tabaxi and Elves.
Cenistei is ruled by a Governor, who is appointed via vote by the Great Council. Noble Houses of Cenistei can appoint a member of their house to the council if they retain enough public support, donate a sufficient sum to the vaults of the Council or receive three recommendations from other members of the Council who belong to a different Great House.
If a Governor dies, a new vote is held immediately by the Council. Otherwise, a new vote is held every 3 years. Because Ujeiren Blood Rite is legal (and common amoung nobility) it is not uncommon for Cenistei to have three or more new Governors a year.
