An independent city, wealthy from it's trade between Tezca and Valenshot. Trade rules all here - silk, weapons, drugs and slaves. Belshoy profits from it all.
It is inhabited by mostly Elves and Tabaxi.
Belshoy has made great profits from both Tezca and Valenshot and is now home to the most wealthy bank in The Old World.
