Ujeiren Blood Rite

A Tezcan assassination tradition most commonly enacted by the Black Sand Clan.
A person may approach the clan and pay them to assassinate a target. In payment, that person must pay a substantial amount of gold and offer a drop of blood.
If the target is killed, then the rite is successful and the blood is destroyed. If the target survives, they may then approach the Black Sand Clan (or whatever group carried out the rite) who will then, using blood magic, reveal to the target who payed for thier assassination and precisely where they currently are.
