First campaign appearance: Shards of Honor 41.0 "Requiem"

Twi'lek scientist stationed at Chandra Station and long since out of touch with the greater galaxy, she nearly cried when a Vor lord claiming to be one of the new investors packed her and her crew up for a debriefing and an all-expenses-paid vacation.

She eventually worked out that her Vor rescuer was not an official member of House Vormecetti, and that he took some personal risk in spending his personal resources to get her team off that death world. Her loyalty switched instantly, utterly, and permanently. Bel'ibin moved to the capital city of Pelagon and joined one of the many scientific teams trying to restore the planet's ecosystem. She pays her taxes to House Vorpadaran, to whom she has remained politically loyal throughout the remaining turbulence of the Tapani Civil War including all attempts to frame House Vorpadaran for treason.
