Rowjose Arcmas
Rowjose Arcmas (a.k.a. Ro-Joe)
Rowjose (or Ro-Joe to his "friends") is a local criminal on Ord Mantell. He has a wide variety of experience at most illegal activities. The most important skill he brings to every job is his professionalism. If he had been born into different circumstances his abilities would have led him to the top of any large corporation or government. In the underwold it has made him "the" person to hire for any sensitive job.
He has a tendency to carefully parse every job that is presented to him. He doesn't care what the job is, but he cares that it is well planned. If his client has a job that would put Rowjose in undue risk he will decline it. If the job simply isn't well thought out enough he will detail every aspect of the plan that must be improved for him to accept. At that point he expects the potential client to make those changes and present him with the new plan.

Personal history
Several years ago Rowjose took a job The Rippers which tested his professional reputation. He originally did not accept the job and presented them with a list of items to change in their plan. They did not realize his list of corrections was non-negotiable and they were under the impression that their time sensitive mission was being dealt with.
When the heist didn't go as planned they put a hit out on Ro-Joe. Every killer they attempted to contract declined the job out of respect for the reputation he had built up. When Ro-Joe got word of the attempted hit he dealt with it like any other business man would. He broke into the house of his contact, tied him to a chair, explained the misunderstanding in his calm manner and then left. Before he left he made sure that every event in his contact's calendar was cancelled and all deliveries were suspended. After almost three days somebody finally checked in on him. He was still tied to a chair and in front of him was a document from Ro-Joe explaining how to properly conduct business in the future.
Employment
Ro-Joe is a gun for hire. He accepts single jobs from various shady individuals, but never agrees to do more than one at a time. He is currently employed by the Black Sun , but the goal is unknown.
In the past he has worked for The Exchange in a job where he stole information from the The Hutt Cartel. Less than a year later he used his contact with the Exchange to submit "poisonous" information (on behalf of the Hutt Cartel) that burned several of the most valuable undercover agents working for the Exchange.
Accomplishments & Achievements
There are jobs that he is proud of, and those jobs are the ones that nobody has pinned on him.
Mental Trauma
Growing up in poverty forced him to learn the value of a credit. Now he maintains a stash of credits that he can use if he loses everything.
His calm demeanor can be attributed to seeing his childhood friends lose their lives in poorly planned schemes on the streets of Kilairn's Bazaar .
Intellectual Characteristics
Rowjose has a very studious air about him. He pays close attention to his surroundings and is always aware of an exit. This habit extends even to conversations which he attempts to end as quickly as possible.
He isn't academically smart, but his street smarts make up for any shortcoming for traditional knowledge.
Morality & Philosophy
Most of Rowjose's personal philosophies are financially driven. He will never work a job with less than 75% up front, and he will never accept a long term contract. If he feels that a job is no longer interesting to him he will return an amount (that he decides is fair) to the employer and a explanation of his reasoning.
Even in a world where "honor amongst thieves" is true he stands out.

Coy and inquisitive. When he is asked questions he will often give an unrelated answer and deflect with a question of his own.
Mannerisms
He is very meticulous. Ro-Joe takes his time when considering every decision. He also follows the same patterns as closely as possible. It isn't uncommon for him to go a week and eat the same breakfast, lunch and dinner each day at approximately the same time.
Speech
"Yes, but..." when asked questions. Yes doesn't imply that he is answering the question, but instead gives him an opportunity to deflect. He is also quick to offer a compliment.
