With Ord Mantell being a planet full of scum and villainy, it is no surprise the Hutt’s have a hand in it. Due to Ord Mantell not being in the Outer Rim but merely bordering it, the Hutts didn’t put forth the effort to bring it under their control as they have with many planets in the Outer Rim. Only in the last few years have the Hutts begun making Ord Mantell’s business their business, which they began doing by having Khorbba the Hutt move into a lavish palace in Worlport, now known as Khorbba’s Palace.

Public Agenda

The Hutt Cartel seeks to further their business ventures and expand their criminal empire, while also diminishing that of their enemies, mainly the Exchange. Currently, the Hutts are trying to move in on and take over the Exchange’s monopoly on exporting the majority of the planets manufactured goods.
