Vegas World Casino
A high-rise luxury casino on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip. Built by Bob Stupak in 1979, it was the sight of the grisly Vegas World Massacre on New Year's Eve '93. Stupak thought about having the casino demolished after the incident, but he instead sold the property to Cesca Stirling who turned it into the city's new vampiric Elysium after declaring praxis.
The casino is still owned in Cesca's name, but her co-rulers Patrick Holt and Anthony Thomas Blackwood help manage the property. Anthony's taken to remodeling the casino's design, eschewing the space-age look in favor of a more classical aesthetic.
Several vampires from Clan Hecata live full-time in the casino, studying the site of the Vegas World Massacre for clues surrounding the afterlife and the Deadlands.
