Cesca Stirling
A Toreador vampire currently residing in Los Angeles. Her time as a mortal is shrouded in mystery, but she appeared as a vampire in the 1960's haunting LA's music scene. This favored hunting ground is what led to her seduction of Kate Li, a relationship that K struggled to escape in the fall of '93. The two reunited in the winter of '94 after K was embraced as a vampire in her own right, and in early '95 she declared praxis to become the new Prince of Las Vegas.
