A Tzimisce with the dream of reviving the vampiric utopia of Constantinople in Las Vegas. Originally embraced by a Sabbat leader in the old world, a chance encounter with the Dracon himself inspired Anthony to pursue the Dream in the new world.
In 1996 this Dream became a reality when he embraced the Tremere methuseleh Ulugh Begh, using his newfound power to argue for a position as co-ruler of the city alongside Cesca Stirling and Patrick Holt. Clan Tremere tried to stop Anthony's consolidation of power, but thanks to support from allies in the Ministry and House Carna the Dream survived the summer and became a place Anarch and Camarilla alike to live in harmony.
