As Prince of LA the Platinum Blonde has been overseeing Hollywood and the downtown strip, meanwhile Garcia's forces roam through much of the outlying suburbs and exurbs.  Cthulhu Mythos: LA is the headquarters for Viv Media's American operations, its news shows slowly making the country go crazy with its constant stream of conspiracy theories and supernatural fearmongering.
