Old Sac

Old location of the capital city. It was once the great capital city during the beginning of the Glitter Rush times, but the greed and violence that emerged from the Glitter Rush set the town on fire, then there were the great floods. The town then moved, was upgraded and The Great Glitter Ban was set in place to prevent such violence. It has since been taken over by criminals. It’s dangerous to go here, but this is where you wanna go to make some good money. Basically looks run down and shitty, with old frontier type buildings, but with some neon on it, maybe some high tech stuff here.
The largest hub this side of the wasteland, less strict than the big city. Lots of amenities, just not as quality or as plentiful as the big cities.

Demographics

Mostly poor and slaves. People can't afford Nu Sac, which is arguably safer than the wasteland. There are wealthy people here, but those are typically the ones who run businesses or are looking to strike it rich.

Government

Old west style, with an inept, corrupt mayor. A single sheriff and a couple deputies, probably also corrupt.

Just some dudes with guns. Maybe some small auto turrets.

Smaller trades, and only between other settlements and Nu Sac

Businesses mostly for trading with other settlements, and supplies for mining, agriculture, etc.

History

The original capital city of Caleco, the firestorms came along with pillagers and destroyed the city.

Architecture

Old West, Old Sacramento style 19th century buildings. These have not really been upgraded much, there is neon and some tech laid atop of the buildings.

Geography

Mostly flat, surrounded by rivers and mountains. It's in a valley.

Natural Resources

Nothing much here, some agriculture. There are Glitter mining settlements not too far from here.
