Rotten Mama's Saloon
Like the Shady Lady, The Rotten Mama is a fancy bar in Old Sac where everyone goes to do their criminal business.
Purpose / Function
A well respected bar in Old Sac where the locals come to relax and have fun. bar is used for spell casting for her coven. Local gangs like to meet at her saloon for illegal dealings. People on the run come to the bar for safety. Nobody fucks with the saloon and the powers inside. Maybe there are Sarlacc tentacle monsters below the saloon.

Just the addition of neon, and giant witch symbols on the floors and walls

History
This is the oldest building in Old Sac. It somehow survived the fires and floods that destroyed the rest of the city.
