Rotten Mama
Owner of the Rotten Mama's Saloon - a well respected bar in Old Sac where the locals come to relax and have fun.
Mama is a voodoo type witch, her bar is used for spellcasting for her coven. Local gangs like to meet at her saloon for illegal dealings. People on the run come to the bar for safety. Nobody fucks with the saloon and the powers inside. Maybe there are Sarlacc tentacle monsters below the saloon.
