It is a large planet surrounded by many moons. The rich elite live on the many moons and suck up the glitter resources of this planet. Each moon territory has their own leader, and they all fight for more territory. The moon territories fight for power over other moons, asteroids and land on Caleco itself, but have to face the planetary Warlords, who claim the planet’s territories for themselves. We got some Game of Thrones kinda shit going on. But not organized and not classy.

In between the moons and the main planet are asteroid belts full of space Glitter. Maybe it looks like Saturn with asteroid rings. These are very beautiful but very dangerous to mine. There are mining colonies on these asteroids. Basically each asteroid is a somewhat self contained city. The capital of Caleco is Nu Sac. Old Sac is the old city that is kinda old and shitty and only criminals really go there. Citizens that remain are under constant harassment, but really have no choice in anywhere better to live. The city had a series of natural disasters, so they changed locations and rebuilt. This is where you go to illegally trade.

Geography

It used to be very Earth-like and beautiful. Human irresponsibility and apathy brough climate change, which brought a cascading effect of death and destruction. First it was the changing of seasons, then harsher and more frequent natural disasters, which ended many forms of life. Most of the planet is now dead, dying, and sickly. It is majority desert and dry wasteland. There are not many areas to grow food like the old days. Some areas have varying degrees of habitability. Some water, some resources, but most of it needs to be imported.

There are still mountains, rivers, and many different biomes.

Fauna & Flora

Not much left, but there are areas of the planet that are still lush and green. It's just not like it once was.

Natural Resources

One thing that came from the death of nearly everything was the emergence of Glitter. Minerals were depleted and fundamentally changed throughout the decades. What remained was beautiful minerals, which had become very popular for the sparkle they created.

It was later discovered that this new resource had multiple applications: beauty, fuel, and drugs. Glitter was now seen as the most sought after resource in the known galaxy. Every planet wanted a piece. Thus, emerged Warlords and the never-ending battle for Glitter.
